General vote information and GUI.

[command:voteall] or [command:votelist]

Displays all the vote links.

[command:votebest]

Displays a GUI with your ??? scores.

[command:votechoices]

Another vote GUI.

[command:votelast] or [command:vlast]

Displays a GUI with timers for each site when you last voted.

[command:votenext] or [command:vnext]

Displays a GUI with times when you can vote again.
